Mongolian Cashmere: What's not to like?

100% Mongolian Cashmere
Jade Sapphire
12 ply
55 grams = 70 yards
Gauage: 2½-3 stitches/inch on US 10½-11 needles
My color: Blackberry Fudge
My source: The Knit Stop, Indianapolis, IN
Retail price: $35.00

This stuff is as good as it gets. It wasn't just the color name that made me want to eat it. It is SO nice. Though it would be a bit of a pricey snack, I'd be willing to spend it for this delicacy.

The mention, sight and/or feel of cashmere always reminds me of the Seinfeld episode where George tries to give a 2nd's quality cashmere sweater to his girlfriend. She doesn't notice the stain and she says, "Cashmere Georgie!"

Rub it a little for me, would'ja?
